On July 22, 2021, the Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2021/285/AD21R1 in the official gazette, issuing the first anti-dumping sunset review on stainless steel seamless pipes with a diameter of 426 mm or less from Ukraine The final ruling disclosed that it is recommended to maintain the anti-dumping duties determined by Resolution No. 6 of January 26, 2016, with a validity period of 5 years.
