S31803 Heat Exchanger Tubes and U tubes Like Weldability, Resitance to chloride pitting, sulphide stress corrosion resistance, Workability, corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance, these heat exchanger tubes can be used for applications in high temperature and pressure areas effectively, U-Tubes come with flow baffles or tube sheets and are welded or bolted to tube sheets. Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Heat exchanger Tubes is particularly suited for use in aggressive environments such as hot chlorinated seawater and for highly acidic, chloride containing media. It has better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion and higher mechanical strength than other stainless steel grades available on the market.
