Incoloy 800His a Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformation high temperature corrosion resistant alloy, used below 1000 ℃, Incoloy 800H has excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and good process performance, good structure stability, processing and welding It has good performance and is easy to be formed by hot and cold processing. It is suitable for making parts that require high temperature and long time work under harsh corrosive media conditions, mainly in the form of rods, plates, tubes, belts, and forgings.
Incoloy 800H high-carbon type combined carbon content is between 0.05 and 0.10. It is mainly used for temperatures above 600 degrees. It has the characteristics of coarse grains, high creep strength, good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is used in the chemical industry, Electric power, superheater, reheater, high temperature heating, conversion cracking furnace tube in petrochemical industry, etc. The corrosion resistance of Incoloy 800H alloy also has good resistance to HNO3, organic acids, oxidizing properties other than halogen salts and non-oxidizing salts. In particular, it is resistant to high temperature corrosion and has good carburization resistance. The alloy will undergo intergranular corrosion when heated between 593 and 816, and has good stress corrosion resistance. However, long-term aging at 650 degrees may significantly reduce the stress corrosion sensitivity of the alloy. The stress resistance of NaOH and NACL depends on the concentration and level. It has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, stress corrosion cracking resistance in water chloride, corrosion resistance of steam, air and carbon dioxide mixed gas, resistance to organic acids such as HNO3, HCOOH, CH3COOH, CH3CH2COOH, and good corrosion resistance.It will cause sensitization and intergranular corrosion after heating in use. It can only be resistant to low-concentration sulfur and HCl corrosion. It has good corrosion resistance to organic acids and good resistance to flowing seawater, but in non-flowing seawater. Deposits will form on the surface and cause severe corrosion cracks. Incoloy 800H application field: It has excellent stress corrosion resistance in water containing chloride and low concentration of NAOH. It is widely used in the manufacture of stress corrosion resistance equipment, instead of 18-8 austenitic steel, and used in pressure water reactors in the power industry. Evaporator, high temperature gas-cooled reactor, sodium-cooled fast reactor heat exchanger and superheated steam pipe. In the chemical industry, it is used in HNO3 cooler, acetic anhydride cracking tube and various heat exchange equipment.

The thermal processing performance is good, the thermal processing temperature is 900~1200, and the hot bending is 1000~1150 degrees. In order to reduce the intergranular corrosion tendency of the alloy, it should be as fast as possible to pass through the sensitized zone of 540~760 degrees. Intermediate softening annealing is required for cold working. The heat treatment temperature is between 920 and 980. The solid solution temperature is between 1150 and 1205. The welding performance is good, and the conventional welding method is used.
