S32760 dual-phase steel has strong strength and corrosion resistance, and is mainly used in chemical processing, petrochemical and subsea equipment. It has strong resistance to chloride corrosion, high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient. The high content of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen makes it highly resistant to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and other corrosion. The excellent comprehensive properties of S32760 dual-phase steel are better than general dual-phase steels, such as 2205 and S31803.
S32760 dual-phase steel is resistant to various inorganic and organic acids. At the same time, the added copper element makes it have excellent resistance to non-oxidizing acid corrosion. S32760 is also resistant to strong alkali corrosion, but S32760 dual-phase steel is not suitable for long-term working temperature. Use at temperatures above 300°C, because the toughness of the material will decrease significantly above this temperature.
