Overview of 430 Stainless Steel Round Bar:
430 stainless steel is a general-purpose steel with good corrosion resistance. It has better thermal conductivity than austenite, a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than austenite, heat fatigue resistance, addition of stabilizing element titanium, and good mechanical properties of the weld.
SUS430 stainless steel is the Japanese standard name of 430 stainless steel. It is a general-purpose steel with good corrosion resistance. It is a ferritic stainless steel. It has better thermal conductivity than austenite, and has a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than austenite. It is resistant to heat fatigue. The stabilizing element titanium is added, and the mechanical properties of the welding seam are good.
SUS430 stainless steel has become the alternative to 304 stainless steel in many applications because of its relatively low price.
